For the Chocolate Lover
My absolute favorite dessert is Chocolate Sticky Toffee pudding. Now the only place that I’ve had it is at Earls restaurant, but I’ve heard that this dessert is actually English.
What’s so good about it? Well it actually sounds pretty gross. Pudding? But it’s not. It’s like a chocolate cake but inside is a caramel filling. Eaten warm it is to die for and definitley something you need to try which is why it’s on today’s list: Eat chocolate sticky toffee pudding.
To enjoy this dessert you can either go out to a restaurant where they serve it, or try making it yourself with this recipe.

a british ‘pudding’ is in no way related to what us north americans know as ‘pudding’. the term is used to describe what we would call ‘dessert’. i’m not sure how we came to use the term ‘pudding’ for what the brits would know as ‘custard’.
